What can we offer

What we require
- No promotional or personal marketing. Your writing should be aimed at providing the community with insight or information.
- The writing should be your own and not shared on any other website.
- Content has to be between 800-1600 words. Longer submissions are accepted if discussed with the site editor.
- Submissions must be accompanied by at minimum 1 image with a max width of 640 pixels. Images can be either jpeg or png formats. Images can be obtained from photopin or creative commons
- If your article is posted on harambeeworks.com we ask that you monitor it and respond to comments. This allow the audience to interact with the authors, allowing you the opportunity to gather feedback on your work.
- By submitting articles to HarambeeWorks, you are giving us a 30-day, royalty free, license to publish; modify, edit or re-purpose your writing as needed.
- Immediately upon expiration of the initial 30-day license a second license goes into effect whereby you grant HarambeeWorks a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to publish, excerpt, edit, modify, and re-purpose your content as needed. This license cannot be revoked or modified after you have chosen to submit your content. You will be given proper attribution to all of your work published to the site.
Submission Guidelines
- The site is about and for entrepreneurs, BUT we’re not looking for the stuff you’d find on many of the popular business related platforms. Be HELPFUL, provide tested advice or insight.
- Writings should be in a conversational tone, try to minimize as much first person references as possible.
- Submit articles in the body of your email, attachments will be deleted automatically.
